研究领域及方向:
主要研究方向为:食品中真菌毒素和重金属的抗体研究、免疫快速检测方法研究、稻谷和小麦品质分析方法和标准化研究。
主要科研项目:
(1)磁氧化石墨烯高效吸附稻米重金属机理研究;
(2)散粮铁水联运质量信息无缝衔接一体化监管技术应用示范;
(3)无机砷人工抗原合成和特异性免疫表位形成机制研究。
